Community dinner food will start rolling out around 3pm on Saturday. Folks are welcome to roll in/out Friday-Monday morning. Please plan to be self sufficient (food/water/bedding) 4WD needed to drive in if it's rained/forecasted within 48 hours.
There is usually electricity, hot water and extra beds/camping spots indoors + camping gear available normally but, niceties sometimes fail out here.
Weather: It may be raining but, hoping for some sun too! Warm layers, cozy hats, hiking shoes and rain gear suggested.
Weekend Projects: If it rains, we will set up some projects in the barn. Might do more Shou Sugi Ban (Japanese wood burning)? Making Christmas wreaths/ornaments? If its sunny, we might take the ducks for a swim, plant or finish the raised bed garden fence. Cut firewood? Sunset at hunters tower? Scope/flag mountain bike trails? There are berries and acorns waiting for planting too.
Friday 12/20
We can meet in town if you have never been out or give you a ride in if you don't have 4WD. Meeting spot: Beaver Creek Vineyards - Martin Pohl Wines
